We are looking for an ambitious and team-focused individual to join Stryker as a Clinical Team Lead in our Mako Robotics team in Sydney, NSW.

We will provide extensive training about the Mako robot so you can be fully equipped for consulting in surgical procedures - we are looking for a talented people manager with a passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes!

Responsibilities:

  • Motivating the team to deliver on the long-term strategy of the Mako team and Mako system

  • Engaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience

  • Case Support - providing real-time assistance during Joint Replacement surgeries, ensuring optimal product performance and patient outcomes.

  • Supporting and holding the team accountable, driving engagement, development and culture

  • Work with the Joint replacement team to ensure strategy alignment, educational support and facilitate sales demand

Skills & Requirements:

  • Exposure to medical environments, particular theatre

  • Technical proficiency including product knowledge, knowledge of the medical and hospital industries to provide technical expertise and training to staff and clients

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to successfully coach and develop teams.

  • Strong results orientation and ability to demonstrate experience achieving targets.

  • Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communications skills including strong presentation skills.

  • Ultimately a people person that naturally builds genuine relationships.
