Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Facilitate in-person and virtual training for customers and internal stakeholders.
Provide consultative services and assistance on training projects, training outlines, and initiatives as needed.
Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders on educational initiatives.
Evaluate training programs and make recommendations.
Assess presentation skills of cross-functional teams and provide recommendations for improvement using a standardized rubric.
Develop deep Relativity product expertise and stay current with updates to ensure a robust training experience.
Share best practices with the team and assist with onboarding new trainers.
Assist with the production and management of industry, community, and educational events.
Maintain current knowledge of training, technical communication, and emerging educational tools.
Travel occasionally (15-20%), including international travel, to deliver training.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years training or facilitation experience.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of adult learning theory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
Adaptability to changes in priority, scope, and business needs.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
109 000 and 163 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
