- Lead QE team for Middle Office service and data components for Wealth Management
- Own entire STLC for regular release and key projects
- Ensure guardrails are laid out and processes are adhered for production stability
- Measure KPIs and demonstrate continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity of team
- Oversee junior team members and consultants
- Collaborate closely with Tech and business stakeholders
- Utilize Automation and Gen AI effectively demonstrating ROI
- Manage risks proactively
- Provide regular executive updates
- Hands on automation expertise in API and Data test automation – Java, Python, SQL with a career experience of 12-16 years
- Atleast 6+ years of relevant work experience to perform this role.
- Preferably in LINUX, ICEDQ, Jmeter
- Deep domain expertise in capital markets
- Thorough testing concepts, test planning, test strategy building, building frameworks, STLC
- Strong Leadership, leading by example and building high performing team
- Transforming team by means of improving culture, strengthening processes, coverage, right use of automation and innovation
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Sense of ownership, accountability and flexibility with focus on problem solving
