The Role: Manager, Enterprise Tech Support

Grade: 10

The Location: Gurgaon

The Team:

Enterprise Tech Support team plays a key role in the Data Management Solutions (DMS) business of S&P Global by utilizing diverse skills set and providing high quality technical support to clients. The team has a global presence and works together within and across multiple specialized functions. The team collaborates with the Enterprise Product Specialists and Commercial teams to provide customers with best-in-class technical support for all the products in the DMS suite.

You will be part of a high performing team that focuses on improving the client experience by providing customized solutions. You will focus on managing team and ensuring that all customer deliverables are provided in a timely manner and meet the client’s objectives. You will also work closely with different stake holders like DAS, Enterprise RMs and product management in providing technical support to clients.

  • Manage Tech support team and mentor them in growing needs.
  • Make team understand client needs and provide best-in-class tech support
  • Lead and mentor the team in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with global teams and help management with necessary reports and analysis
  • Research and gain knowledge on the rapidly evolving product offerings
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products from a content and delivery standpoint, and assist Sales and Enterprise Product Specialist teams
  • Bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the query support process
  • Quickly absorb the product changes from clients’ perspective and offer solutions accordingly
  • Be a subject matter expert for DMS products

What we’re looking for:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or other relevant field
  • 5 to 8 years of work experience
  • Proficient in .NET/C#/Java or any programming languages
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of financial statements, capital markets and alternative data
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to execute independently
  • Prior team leadership experience
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good understanding on the DMS product suite
  • Knowledge on multiple S&P Global datasets
  • Experience with feed, API and Webservice products
