We are seeking a Senior UI Engineer to join the Engineering Platform team at Relativity. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting scalable, accessible, and performance-driven UI components and design systems that power enterprise-scale applications. Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and document reusable UI components using React, TypeScript, and PrimeReact, aligned with design system guidelines.
Partner with UX and product teams to implement visually polished, responsive, and accessible interfaces that meet WCAG compliance standards.
Lead efforts in frontend performance optimization, including render optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient asset delivery.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand, theming, layout, and motion patterns across micro frontends and large-scale apps.
Own and evolve shared UI libraries and internal frameworks that support engineering scalability and consistency.
Participate in design reviews, contribute to accessibility audits, and act as a UI advocate in cross-functional planning sessions.
Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers to integrate APIs, telemetry, and real-time data into intuitive UI flows.
Drive automated UI testing strategy using tools such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
Mentor junior UI engineers and promote UI/UX excellence across engineering teams.
Explore opportunities for AI-enhanced UI capabilities, including dynamic layouts, intelligent content rendering, and generative interactions.
Required Skills and Experience
4–6+ years of experience in professional UI or frontend development, ideally for enterprise-scale applications.
Advanced understanding of HTML5, CSS3, modern CSS methodologies (BEM, CSS-in-JS), and pre-processors like SCSS/SASS.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for large, component-based architectures.
Experience with design systems (e.g., Material UI, PrimeReact, Tailwind, Bootstrap) and building scalable, reusable components.
Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and practical experience applying and testing them.
Proficiency in frontend build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Rollup).
Familiarity with performance profiling, rendering optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data sources.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience with motion/animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, Lottie, GSAP).
Knowledge of backend technologies like .NET, Node.js, or Python for full-stack context.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven UI enhancements, such as smart layouting, generative UIs, or conversational elements.
Comfort using design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Background in micro frontend architecture or composable UI strategies.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
181 000 and 271 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
