Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend infrastructure components using React, TypeScript, and PrimeReact.
Contribute to the evolution of our Micro Frontend strategy, enabling dynamic, modular UIs using modern bundling and federation techniques.
Partner with UX, product, and backend teams to deliver consistent, accessible, and user-friendly cross-platform experiences.
Define and enforce frontend engineering standards including testing, accessibility (WCAG), performance, and maintainability.
Participate in architectural design discussions for frontend frameworks, shared libraries, and cross-cutting concerns (e.g., theming, i18n, telemetry).
Write and maintain comprehensive test coverage with unit (e.g., Jest) and E2E frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).
Help drive frontend CI/CD best practices, versioning strategies, and component lifecycle workflows.
Stay current with frontend trends and proactively apply improvements to processes, tools, and patterns.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across frontend-focused initiatives.
Explore and integrate AI-driven enhancements (e.g., smart components, generative design inputs, ML-backed UI behaviors) into internal tools and platform experiences.
Required Skills and Experience
4–6+ years of professional experience in frontend development with large-scale web applications or enterprise platforms.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem.
Experience with component libraries such as PrimeReact, Material UI, or similar.
Strong understanding of modular architecture, code-splitting, lazy loading, and Micro Frontend concepts.
Deep knowledge of semantic HTML, modern CSS (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and responsive design.
Experience building and integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous patterns.
Familiarity with frontend CI/CD pipelines and bundlers (e.g., Vite, Webpack).
Strong grasp of frontend performance tuning, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated tests (Jest, Playwright, Cypress).
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience with frontend infrastructure in cloud environments (especially Azure).
Understanding of backend technologies such as .NET or Node.js for effective cross-stack collaboration.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced frontend solutions such as chatbots, recommendation engines, or smart UI elements.
Participation in design system development or contribution to shared enterprise component libraries.
Interest or experience in AI/ML-assisted UI/UX, including personalization or generative interaction patterns.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
181 000 and 271 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
