Position Summary

Job Functions:

• Performs installations, diagnostics and corrective procedures during communication and gaming related equipment installations and peripheral malfunctions.

• Maintains and secures assigned tools, test equipment, terminals, subassemblies, parts and supplies

• Follows defined escalation procedures in reporting problems or repair issues
   

• Must comply with all safety procedures and any additional state licensing regulations as applicable

Position Requirements

• Must ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Must be available to work mandatory and as needed overtime
• Technical experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows programs
• Adhere to departmental dress code

Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to communicate well team members
• Ability to continuously learn
