Job Description
Explore business opportunities & growth prospect and submit proposal for management approval/review
Develop strategic and tactical business plan for existing divisions
Assesses new market opportunities to grow company business at extensive level
Proactively collect market information, analyze market trends, competitors’ products and strategies and take necessary action
Functions as team member in a variety of strategy and business development projects
Provide necessary coaching to the team for overall performance improvement
Establish annual sales and execution plan; together with team collaborate with other departments to achieve set growth objectives
Develop the right by-account selling strategies together with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Country manager and/or the Business Units, and execute those strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents and buying offices of Master Customers
Qualifications
» Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Management. MBA will be an added advantage
» At least 8 years sales experience
» Experience in apparel / footwear manufacturing, merchandising and trim accessory supply preferable
» Good presentation and interpersonal skills
»Willing to work both outside & Inside the office.
