Working within a fast-paced Project Management Office, the Program Manager will be responsible for the project management work associated with the successful and timely completion of projects within our Ground-Based Bootcamp line of business (LOB). You will deliver best practice project management, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall frameworks. You will identify efficiencies across the LOB. You will partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to ensure a prioritized roadmap for each product is available for the team to deliver.  You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.



  • Ensure tight alignment of activities and collaboration across teams through cross-functional planning and regular communications
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to develop products consistent with our product roadmap that will deliver on our revenue goals
  • Identify project efficiencies for Ground-Based products to streamline development and reduce cost
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout the product life cycle phases; Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports against them
  • Drive on-time and in-scope project delivery
  • Identify project risks and impediments and works with team to develop mitigation plans
  • Utilize Agile framework for product delivery
  • Facilitate Agile rituals with teams: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives and backlog grooming
  • Use tools to advance the Agile practices in the organization and mentors team members on new tool usage; Knowledge of Jira
  • Coach and mentor team to discover and implement improved ways of collaborating and developing into high-performing, self organizing team
  • Manage project managers depending on team size and product portfolio
  • Manage third party partners as necessary
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously


  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 7 years program management experience
  • Scrum Master Certified
  • 3 years Agile experience
  • Experience in Education Technology a plus
  • Experience in curriculum development a plus
