In this role your focus will be selling the SoftwareOne Solutions & Services - Data & AI, and is expected to take a consistently proactive approach to growing, landing & expanding the aligned customer journey with current & new logo accounts.
Also, serves as the liaison between the assigned Account Manager (AM) and technical pre-sales team and customers for new Solution & Services opportunities, supporting effective & efficient handover into delivery & customer success resources.

Core Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and team members to understand business objectives and translate them into data and AI solution designs.
- Architect and design end-to-end data pipelines, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization components.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to drive insights and decision-making.
- Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure Data and AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and high-performing.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to support Data and AI initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on Data Architecture and AI standard methodologies.
- Work closely with multi-functional teams, such as software developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of data and AI projects.
