Position Overview:

Netskope’s Global Customer Success team is continuing to grow its project management practice. This role reports into Netskope’s Customer Success Operations team.

 Responsibilities:

  • Leverage deep knowledge of Cloud security, SaaS and project management disciplines, as well as Netskope-specific product knowledge to guide solution activation for our top tier customers.
  • Direct Cloud Security Workshop to identify customer use cases, priorities and dependencies.
  • Participate in pre-sales project delivery, scoping and planning.
  • Drive activities to define and document specifications for business and technical requirements.
  • Produce meaningful documentation to enable efficient activation of Netskope solutions and configuration of policies.
  • Create an atmosphere of collaboration to navigate through integration and development challenges. Participate in the discussion to collect all inputs for best decisions to move forward. Drive to decision making by providing informed guidance.
  • Drive project kick-off activities: internal meetings, statement of work creation, project plan documentation.
  • Act as an escalation path for implementation projects to reset and clarify expectations.
  • Administration activities for the Operations team.
  • Oversee Netskope's customer installation engagements from a technical project management capacity.
  • Schedule, oversee the budget, report on risks, issues, and accomplishments.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal Netskope team members.
  • Provide regular project updates to customers and Netskope leadership.
  • Manage internal customer-related processes regarding scheduling, finance, and resource management.
  • The Technical Project Manager should be able to independently run meetings, collect latest status updates, and address any questions related to the project
  • TPMs need to talk to use-cases and where they are applied, but not actually configuring it. TPMs need to understand all the products Netskope offers and different use cases they solve. This knowledge will assist them to run status meetings, capture status, identify the risk, and escalate appropriately.
  • TPMs need to be able to identify escalations and correctly categorize against Netskope suite of products. They should also be able to access support ticket overview to confirm open tickets.
  • TPMs should be able to tailor the SOW according to actual tasks the consultant and the customer needs to perform
  • TPMs need to confirm good progress on work sessions and call for action according to priorities and dependencies.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Technical experience implementing network security and/or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Professional Services or Customer Success experience.
  • Prior Project Management experience in vendor services business or team.
  • Prior experience with CS and/or PS solutions, plus if Financial Force and Gainsight.
  • Experience with resource management.
  • Experience with project planning software, plus if Smartsheet.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage - the team is globally distributed.
  • Practical knowledge within the network security and/or SaaS industry.
  • Proficient skills presenting complex schedules and tracking.
  • The voice of calm in the chaos and ability to thrive with competing priorities.
  • Bachelor degree.

  • Participation in high-growth company and familiar with formulating structure and repeatable process.
  • Successful track record working with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Successful track record working within a successful startup(s).
  • Willing to travel 25%
