We are looking for a Senior Global Benefits Specialist to join our People Team based in Portland, OR. In this role, you will primarily be responsible in supporting the Benefits and Compliance operational scalability, detailing governance and processes. In this role you will support the company’s annual renewal processes and billing reconciliation practices.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare data elements for effective partnership with FP&A to support forecasting, reconciliation for global benefits costs, and benefits budgets
  • Support the reporting and benchmarking for all global locations
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal processes documentation and governance
  • Proactively see opportunities for process improvements, automation, and scalability
  • Analyze existing compliance reporting and optimize processes
  • Partner with People Systems on automating vendor integration
  • Support with benefits renewals and RFP processes globally
  • Assist with related special projects and other duties as needed
Your Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in operational functions with industry experience
  • Demonstrable skills in operational analysis, data integration analysis, automation, RFP processes
  • Self-starter, results oriented, ability to see the big picture without missing detail
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver results in an unstructured environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the highest standards for accuracy and precision, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal, Communication, Human Resources, or similar fields
