Product Owner - Core HR

Our Product Owner - Core HR will collaborate across the Lifion organization and act as a leader in the Product organization.

  • Own Organizational Management products
  • Formal and informal organizational management
  • Position and vacancy management
  • Reporting lines and departmental structures
  • Labor and cost allocations
  • Own System Foundations products
  • Authorization and roles
  • Job Architecture
  • Flexible organizational structure with reusable APIs
  • Effective dating and time management
  • Manage the product backlog
  • Turn features into stories & maintain the development pipeline to support business priorities
  • Engage with all members of the scrum team to provide an end-to-end view of product through all stages of development
Minimum qualifications:
  • 4+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record with enterprise software, specifically in the HCM space
  • Solid understanding of database modeling
  • Basic knowledge of development: Javascript, XML/XSL, SQL, Java, etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills (has done executive level presentations to shareholders)
  • Regular involvement in sales engagement, including product demos, and other pre-sales engagements
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, i.e. scrum
Preferred qualifications:
  • Core HR industry knowledge (or parallel industry such as: CRM, Talent Management, or HR areas)
  • Specific domain experience focused on Organizational Management and/or Position Management
  • Experience building product from the ground up
  • Experience working in startup as a product leader
