    Location: Mexico City- Mexico

    Position Overview

    The Sales Manager, License Compliance develops and executes strategies to ensure the revenue generation of Autodesk’s License Compliance software program. Researches and identifies customers out of compliance. Drives and initiates creative program strategies, collaborates with and influences channel support for programs. Establishes and implements guidelines to ensure consistencies while ensuring flexibility in creating and modifying the strategy to meet needs of customers in different countries. Responsibilities - Drive implementation and monitor License Compliance campaign strategies to meet target and revenue goals - Collaborate on best practices and drive License Compliance strategies with other geographies, recognize cultural sensitivity and adjust programs to local culture - Ensure cross-functional approach in the reconciliation of License compliance programs - May make presentations to existing and prospective customers about the benefits of Autodesk software - Attend trade shows and sales events and where appropriate, deliver enterprise compliance messages and training to sales teams Minimum requirements - Experience successfully leading sales managers, executives and inside sales team members - Experience hiring, developing and managing teams and extended support resources - Results-driven approach with consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals - Transactional and enterprise sales experience - Excellent communication skills. Ability to build rapport with people and establish value - Entrepreneurial skill and ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment - Ability to foster, and contribute to, a highly collaborative work environment - Forecast and Budget Management experience - Excellent written and verbal communications skill in English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications - Previous License Compliance, Inside Sales or Renewals experience - Understanding of software licensing models, license agreements and contracts
