Revenue strategy across existing teams (ie help commercialize outcomes for acquisition, optimization and retention teams) including reviewing/setting KPIs, running revenue scenarios etc
Channel profitability through optimized CPO, deep dive into product and online/offline expense split and increased efficiency within current budget (ie analyzing stick rates, cost to serve etc)
Long term P&L; strategy: Helping to set the strategic direction of the net growth agenda though:
Long term growth opportunities - if not price, then what (leavers through education, CP etc)
Cross divisional functionality- how do we work with customer service, product and data to better maximize revenue/reduce cost. eg insight into call centre costs, product improvements etc
New business ideas and measuring/tracking productivity savings as well as revenue growth of current pipeline
Support Karl and net growth on ad hoc analysis and presentations
Non BAU projects.
