As Lead Corporate Accountant you will be responsible for the monthly close process for various international entities, including reviewing monthly journal entries prepared by local accounting teams, preparing top-side and eliminating journal entries, and ensuring the proper revaluation and translation of financial balances and operating results through cumulative translation adjustment (CTA) analyses.Additionally, you will maintain inter-company balances for various international entities, including preparing the monthly balance sheet reconciliation, monthly billings, and foreign exchange adjustments. You will assist in the review each international entity’s balance sheet and income statement for completeness, accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Reviews of subsidiary financial information will include reviews of contracts and the related revenue recognition, as well as cost accounting procedures.You will also serve as a key point of contact and direct liaison with international controllers and coordinate statutory audits for the timely and efficient filing of statutory and tax accounts. You will work with Corporate Tax on transfer pricing applications and other indirect tax transactions. You will interface with external and internal auditors and assist in preparation of certain audit schedules, SEC supporting schedules and/or internal management reports.


·Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting

·CPA required

·Uses advanced financial concepts and company objectives to resolve complex financial issues

·Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements and accounting theory

·Experience in accounting ERP systems, Oracle Financials experience a plus

·Manages multiple projects and priorities and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

·Strong knowledge of Excel, Word with strong written and oral communication skills that enables clear communication to all levels of management.

·Works well in a team environment.


·Public accounting experience

·International subsidiaries and foreign currencies a plus
