The member is responsible for functional aspects( core  SPGI –IAM operating metric)  of IAM in defining, documenting and collaborating on IAM roadmap at SPGI. This includes working with Policy Governance team in Infosec, Division stakeholders and IAM technical teams. The person is responsible in taking the management strategic objectives, goals and converting them into a roadmap by working with stakeholders to provide the blueprint and work closely with all stakeholders to define the pipeline of IAM projects. Person is familiar with security frameworks such as NIST, FFIEC, ISO etc. and map the deliverables and requirements to the SPGI approved frameworks. The person is responsible to work with stakeholders in understanding, documenting their current process and providing a strategic IAM solution for those processes where as needed by prioritizing the projects within IAM pipeline and working with stakeholders for their collaboration and adoption.

The person is responsible to define the Quality criteria of IAM deliverables and certify the deliverables working closely with QA team. The person will be championing the onboarding of applications and Identities onto centralized IAM platform.

Experience

Person should have very strong IAM experience in functional (high weightage) and technical areas.

Complete understanding of IGA functional aspects  and experience in defining the new processes as needed to meet company standards and compliance requirements

Have 10+ years of experience in IAM area in large enterprises.

Have strong communication and presentation skills to interact with business stakeholders to work and influence them

Strong familiarity with IAM frameworks such as NIST, ISO etc and compliance requirements such as SOX etc.

Experience working in matrix org structure
