    Position Overview

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the Named Accounts Financial Analysis team. This individual will join a team of analysts providing strategic analytical support to the Named Account Leadership team. Our team’s primary responsibilities include leading financial planning and forecasting processes for the global business unit that services Autodesk’s largest customers. This position will report to the Manager of the Named Accounts Financial Analysis team and will partner with the Sales VP, Sales Finance Director, and Finance Business Partners in addition to acting as a key liaison to other HQ and Field Finance teams. This individual will play a key role in the annual and long-range planning process and will be responsible for a variety of areas of the Named Business, performing strategic analysis supporting the Named Accounts team in achieving our strategic objectives. Responsibilities - Lead and support recurring processes and deliverables for the Named Financial Analysis team including forecasting, reporting, and planning - Support the Named Accounts short- and long-term business planning process through owning and challenging assumptions, modeling, and data cleaning - Cross train to ensure continuous operations - Establish strong partnership with the key stakeholders (Sales VP, Sales Finance Director, and Finance Business Partners) providing trusted analysis - Communicate effectively to key stakeholders around process updates and key deliverables - Offer/enable data-driven insights into business performance; develop own point of view and offer value-add proposals - Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to minimize complexity and strive for simplicity - Continuously improve process and policy documentation - Assist and lead ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to support the Named Business - Problem solving through partnering with multiple cross-functional teams (Finance Business Partners, Revenue Accounting, FP&A, etc.) - Prepare quarter-end executive reporting and presentations - Provide regular feedback to fellow team members and managers. - Be courageous and curious Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA a plus) - Minimum 5+ years of related experience - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) - Strong aptitude for and experience with financial software (e.g. Business Objects, Anaplan, QlikView, SFDC, etc.) - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proven ability working with large datasets and tackling complex issues using financial models and quantitative analyses - Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment as needed - Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential - Positive and self-motivated - Enjoy working as part of a global team Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company  - Financial planning & analysis experience - Exposure to using/building with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
