    Position Overview

    We are looking for an individual contributor who is eager to continuously engage, learn and explore new programs, models and initiatives, to prepare and support the regions around the world through rollout and ongoing management of Channel Programs. In this role, you will be working closely with different global and regional stakeholders across a variety of business functions. You will perform a versatile role, including project management, meeting management, communications, and development of polices and processes. The person in this role will build a professional and international internal and external network that jointly provides industry solutions to the market that allows our customers to Make Anything. Responsibilities - Channel Program management (~70% of the role) - You will be a strong connecting tissue between other parts of Global Sales and Channel Strategy team and the Geo Channel Program management team (your team) - You will work closely with other cross-functional stakeholders as well as with our business partners in finance, legal and operations and prepare material for decision making - Part of this role is to review communications developed by others, create communication materials (presentations and other written communications), deliver presentations internal and external, and train the trainer - Global channel program management governance (~20% of the role) - Establish and governance of a global platform for documentation management within Global Channel Programs Management team - Continuously monitor and review channel-related policies and processes in development or in effect and provide feedback regarding improvement areas and other considerations - Working closely with Geo channel program managers and Geo channel specialists - Ad hoc / short notice projects or initiatives (~10% of the role) - Given the impact and rollout scope certain programs may have, it is essential that timelines are kept and formal processes for projects are applied - You will be part of a team that is spread globally. The position includes participation in worldwide calls which may take place in the early mornings or late evenings - You will be an individual contributor but as a program and sometimes project lead you co-manage project members Minimum Qualifications - Ability to see and consider the end-to-end impact of a program or initiative, including business, operational, finance and legal aspects when engaging in detailed design process - Ability and interest in understanding the details of the program or initiative, which may include systems and data sets - Good understanding of how multi-tier channel go-to-market works - Good communication skills (written, presenting, PowerPoint), comfortable presenting to senior leadership - Good program documentation skills (written) with attention to details - Project management skills (incl. managing project team members) - Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and you thrive in a dynamic, changing environment - Self-motivated and can-do attitude, ability to work independently and prioritize - Advanced user of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word. - Comfortable using MS Office and online / web-based communication tools (Team, Zoom, Go-to meeting etc.) daily Preferred Qualifications - Excellent end-to-end process analysis skills and detailed orientation - Excellent communication skills (written, presenting, PowerPoint), comfortable presenting to senior leadership - BA/BS
