Location: Edinburgh Area (Training 2-3 Weeks in Manchester or London Area)

Hours: 5 days per week, including weekends as necessary during busy season

Salary: Competitive

As the Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of Peloton’s Edinburgh depot, including warehouse and delivery operations, managing staff scheduling, product inventory, and vehicle fleet management.


  • Oversee all warehouse operations
  • Lead the training, supervision, and development of all site staff whilst abiding by the Peloton values
  • Play an active role in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of all site staff in collaboration with the People team
  • Manage the site capacity to achieve forecasted deliveries, including all staff scheduling
  • Maintain effective communication with the Field Operations Leadership team and cross functional partners, including Retail teams, the Studio, Inside Sales, and Member Support
  • Oversee all daily customer delivery operations, including scheduling, in-home experiences, and resolving any escalations
  • Ensure the vehicle fleet is properly maintained and serviced
  • Produce and generate reports of deliveries, inventory, driving performance, personnel hours, and site costs on a weekly or monthly basis


  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar position or knowledge of warehouse and delivery operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable with managing a diverse team of up to 30 people including full time, seasonal, and temporary workers
  • Experience coaching and developing staff on soft and technical skills
  • Ability to build and develop a highly successful and dedicated team
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve personnel or operational challenges
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with relentless attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
  • Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
  • A passion for fitness and exercise
  • Valid UK driver’s licence preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
