Facebook seeks an experienced advertising and product marketing professional with a strong background in marketing and project management to lead the go-to-market strategy for our advertising solutions in the Greater China Region (GCR). The successful candidate must have experience working with product development and sales channels to drive successful product growth in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company. They should preferably have relevant knowledge or experiences in mobile apps, travel, tech/telco and/or China digital marketing in general. They must thrive working with cross-functional teams and exhibit critical thinking and digital marketing skills. They must also have experience influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization, be able to excel in an ambiguous environment and be resourceful with a problem solving mindset.
This position is based in our Hong Kong office.

  • Partner with Sales teams, other Product Marketing Managers and cross functional teams to build and activate go-to-market strategies for highest priority product solutions
  • Identify market opportunities and shape future advertising products by synthesizing market intelligence, and sharing comprehensive knowledge of the market to product teams not in APAC
  • Educate and inspire sales, partners, and businesses at scale by prioritizing products and solutions for market segments, crafting communications and marketing materials, creating growth plans with defined success metrics, and building and running activations and programs to drive the adoption of solutions or products
  • Position new advertising products and feature enhancements for a region or industry vertical
  • Act as product consultant for the market, identify critical area of product growth and influence market buy-in
  • Communicate with leadership internally and externally


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience within digital marketing. Preferred ad experiences in product marketing, product strategy or product development in tech firms
  • Demonstrated product marketing experience within web and mobile advertising and experience contributing at strategic levels
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, the industry & marketing business challenges
  • Experience in analytical and solving problems with data
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
  • Customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacity
  • Communication and presentation experience
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English


  • Prior experience working with media agencies and creative agencies
