    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us determine the future of Collaborative Work Management. You will join the API/SDK team and help us evolve the API/SDK platform to provide a delightful experience for our customers, partners, and act as the substrate for important solutions at scale.

    You will report to our Director of Product and may work remotely or in our Bellevue office. 

    You Will:

    • Build the product backlog for the API/SDK team, including a multi-year vision for our API platform and Developer Ecosystem
    • Discover and prioritize customer use cases and requirements to establish the strategy for our API first approach across the Smartsheet platform
    • Take on an important cross-functional role in a collaborative and diverse environment, demonstrating every day your obsession for customers and determination to build a great product
    • Work with our engineers, solutions engineers, channel partner teams to simplify our outstanding developer and customer experience
    • Lead the scope, spec, and management of third-party integrations, partnership, and projects outside of our core applications
    • Analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities
    • Support other duties as assigned

    You Have:

    • 4+ years experience as a product manager for a software product, B2B or B2C cloud experience
    • 4+ years experience as a product owner on agile development teams
    • Experience in API/SDK or related technical areas desired
    • Experience taking a product from conception to market
    • Experience delivering consumer grade experiences for challenging business problems
    • Experience analyzing business and usage data to understand usage patterns and priorities
    • Experience working with UX and engineering teams; deep commitment to customers and team collaboration
    • "Roll-up-your-sleeves" plus passionate drive and extraordinary ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and executives
    • Experience with agile development processes and frequent product release cycles
