If so, this Senior Finance Manager position is for you. This role will support the Commercial Planning organization with a focus on landing revenue growth targets for the Modern Workplace business with the Field teams. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual / semi-annual end to end WCB revenue planning process including data preparation, modeling and landing with stakeholders
  • Partner with the WCB Sales organization to drive target discussions
  • Drive target cascade to the Field. Land revenue targets by helping the field understand key strategies, priorities, drivers and opportunities for growth
  • Partner with finance peers in the central finance team, field and product groups for strategy alignment
  • Be a change agent, relentlessly seek opportunities to optimize and drive scale

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce, or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strategic, critical thinker
  • Inclusive team player with excellent cross group collaboration skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work both in the details and at the executive level and partner with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive and complete projects independently
  • Skilled in MS Excel
  • Experience with Finance tools like MSRA, Jedox, etc. preferred
