Hopin is seeking a Partnership Manager to establish how Hopin interacts with various different stakeholders in the events industry! The ideal candidate is proactive, skillful at establishing lasting relationships, and passionate about achieving win-win outcomes!

We're looking for a persuasive generalist with experience in establishing partnerships in the Saas or Events industry, proven track record of leading new initiatives within an organization, and high level of comfort when operating in low-context, fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing how Hopin builds relationship with the various different players in the events industry
  • End-to-end management of partner relationships in collaboration with various teams
  • Establishing new partnerships and fostering existing relationships
  • Ensuring all partners have the tools to succeed and expand Hopin’s reach and revenue
  • Solidifying our partner communications and community activities
  • Consistently iterating and improving the partnerships program
  • Perfecting the Hopin certification program and ensuring a high level of excellence among our certified event hosts
  • Work towards internal KPI’s for overall Partnership revenue and reach
  • Owning and optimizing internal partnership processes and documentation
  • Monitoring partnership revenue and invoicing
  • Facilitating and optimizing systems to connect clients with partners
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management to help improve partner handovers
  • Gather partner feedback and work with our Product and Design team to create unique features for a variety of different partners
  • Identifying new partnership and revenue opportunities
Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years experience in a partnership or similar customer-facing, persuasive role
  • 2+ years experience working at a B2B SaaS company, tech startup, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Experience establishing channel partnerships and other partnership initiatives
  • Excellent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable writing partnerships policies and documentation
  • Tech Savvy - love software, tech and excited to learn new software
  • Ability to teach yourself new skills and competencies, and solve issues independently
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Great problem-solving abilities - assess all options before making a decision
  • Exceptional organization skills - you're used to juggling multiple priorities
  • Proactive attitude and approach towards unknown or new situations
  • Enjoys working in at a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have:

  • Event agency or industry experience
  • Previous experience working with a video platform
  • Experience working at an early stage startup
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS
  • Graphic or web design experience
