Reporting to the VP of Web & eCommerce, you will be responsible for a team of Web Product Managers working across all of LogMeIn’s web properties and owning the overall eCommerce target.  Your team will own the user experience, A/B testing and optimization efforts, and buy and try flows.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid experimentation in a highly visible role which includes flexing your online conversion muscle and working to identify and scale wins across sites.


  • Strategy: Develop holistic conversion strategy that prioritizes near term and longer term opportunities based on assessment of current initiatives and performance across the user journey for both desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Deliver Results: Identify and test new sales and marketing initiatives to increase online trial conversion, free growth, sales and prospect engagement, delivering against key metrics.  
  • Manage: A team of Web Product Owners/Managers responsible for the user experience across 12+ websites including site navigation, trial and purchase funnels and promotional campaigns, partnered with UX designers.
  • Partnerships:  Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the web including Product, Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, Finance teams, Analytics and more!
  • Data Driven:  Analyze all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners. Leverage data from rapid experimentation to deliver new innovative approaches while tracking key performance levers.
  • Competition: Keep tabs on the competition and share out the insights
  • Customer focus: Ensure that we are maniacally focused on the customer first
  • Communicate: Regularly present the work, the results, and the testing that the web team is doing.   Ensure stakeholders are educated and clear on what the team has been contributing and how web impacts and accelerates the overall business.


  • Minimum 10+ years of experience within high transactional e-Commerce space
  • 5+ years of experience in managing, coaching and mentoring high performing, results motivated teams
  • Experience working in computer, SaaS, technology a plus
  • Forward-thinking leader
  • Experience defining and implementing innovative solutions and content strategies that led to growth within an online channel
  • Strong foundation in developing across digital devices, including desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.
  • Proven ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative inputs to identify trends and behaviors and subsequent actions to take to drive improvements in the online channel
  • Proven success influencing and driving results through cross-functional team members
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Holistic, end-to-end thinker
