Associate Director, Project Manager, WW Medical Affairs Myeloid Luspatercept and Fedratinib


  • Bachelors degree with 6-10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry or related experience. Prior medical affairs and project management experience is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, ability to take initiative and able to work autonomously with little supervision.

  • Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a variety of programs and a large group of diverse people.

  • Experienced cross functional project involvement

  • Prior clinical operation experience is a plus


The AD Project Manager, WW Medical Myeloid is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support for assigned projects across different Therapeutic Areas. He/she collaborates with the Therapeutic Area Leaders and product leads to ensure implementation and execution of project activities and quality deliverables as defined by the Medical Affairs Plans and Integrated Evidence Plans.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide administrative, technical and scientific support to the WW Medical Myeloid Team, including, but not limited to:

  • Lead and provide operational support for high visibility/impactful projects

  • Develop project strategy and maintain timelines

  • Tracking of Investigators Sponsored Research trial status and budget working closely with clinical operations and finance team

  • Advisory Boards logistics, vendor coordination, HCPs contracting, legal and compliance validation

  • Supporting internal approval process (Contracts with external customers, Contract with vendors)

  • Effectively engage and collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders

  • Preparation of internal meetings and TCs; drafting, circulating, and finalizing meeting minutes

  • Tracking and managing WW Medical Myeloid budget aligning and interacting with key stakeholders in the fincance department

  • Maintaining and tracking internal files/archives, including documents related to Compassionate Use Programs
