Summary  

Essential Functions

Safely transport customers using company shuttle and assist in smooth, efficient traffic flow through the service drive.  Ensure the overall member interaction reflects AAA's quality standards.

Safely transport customers using company shuttle and assist in smooth, efficient traffic flow through the service drive.  Ensure the overall member interaction reflects AAA's quality standards.

Accurately process monetary transactions through the Purchase Order System (POS) cashiering system, accurately balance the cash drawer, prepare the deposit on a daily basis, analyze and resolve out-of-balance situations.  Understand and accurately perform manual cashier procedures.  Comply with record retention and information data security policies and procedures.

Courteously greet members, answers phones, and schedule appointments for auto repair services.  

Drives shuttle van to pick up parts for the shop

May perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 

Must be 21 years of age or older

At least 6 months of customer service experience in a customer facing role.

Excellent customer service skills

Effective verbal communicate skills 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to learn additional computer programs quickly.

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

High School Diploma or GED

1+-3 years experience

Valid AZ drivers license and current clean 39 month driving record
