PowerToFly is fast-tracking diversity within underrepresented genders. To do this, we need a diverse team of innovative people who are committed to making this a reality every day. If you’re a passionate community marketer looking to work on a rapidly growing product and make your mark on the hiring industry (and essentially, the world) then this is the job for you.

We’re looking for someone who’s relentlessly reliable who knows how to collaborate cross-functionally to effectively scale products. From crafting our newsletter, scheduling partnership calls to hosting Chat & Learns, we need a full-stack marketer with a strong attention to detail. Be ready to learn and work with a scrappy team of marketers (while teaching us something new)!

Please create a PowerToFly profile before applying. Those without a profile will NOT be considered. Due to the high demand of this position, responses to your application may be limited.

This person will be responsible for:

  • Building and scaling active communities of professional women through various new and tried-and-true formats.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the Chat & Learn program including host management, backend operations and creating promotional materials. Experience hosting virtual events (or the willingness to try) is a bonus!
  • Scheduling partnership calls and maintaining our rolodex of partnership contacts in an organized fashion. You’ll work hand in hand with the marketing team to think of new and exciting partnerships and ways to maintain relations with the partners we already have.
  • Crafting and sending our twice weekly newsletter within Maropost. You’ll have goals directly correlating to newsletter list growth, open rate and click through rate.
  • Writing and creating short and long-form marketing materials for our B2B and B2C audiences. This person should be extremely detail oriented and speak fluent English - no typo goes unnoticed.
  • Collaborating with sales, customer success, and product to optimize marketing, partnership, and community efforts.
  • Using ASANA (or similar project management software) to optimize your workflow and work cross functionally between teams.
  • Analyzing our community growth and engagement and reporting these metrics to the team.
We're a community of women leveraging our connections into top companies to help underrepresented women get the roles they've always deserved. Simultaneously, we work to build truly inclusive hiring processes and environments where women can thrive and not just survive.
