INTURN is looking for an experienced professional with strong analytic capabilities to help build out its Strategy & Finance Team. The role of the Strategy & Analytics Senior Analyst is to support the executive management team achieve INTURN's strategic and operational goals through critical analysis, analytics (KPIs), competitive positioning, and partnership identification. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, the Strategy & Analytics Senior Analyst will create monthly reports (KPI, Board Decks, etc.), analyze INTURN’s strategic road map, and prepare ad hoc analysis as needed. The successful candidate must have excellent Excel skills, be able to demonstrate command of the key metrics and drivers of the business and be capable of working independently across multiple departments in the organization.
The position start date is July 2017.
Identify and maintain an inventory of critical path projects, which are high priority items for the CEO. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion.
Manage KPI collection and maintenance across all divisions; translate data into meaning insights; work with Head of Strategy to present recommendations to key decision makers, including Senior Leadership team and Board of Directors
Continuously monitor competitive landscape, maintain competitive analysis database, and create monthly synopsis of market changes
Assist Head of Strategy, Chief Revenue Officer, and CEO in ad hoc projects, including partnerships, corporate initiatives, and finance
Collaborate with various divisions across INTURN to identify opportunities to support clients growth initiatives
Research, outline, draft, and/or edit pitch decks for client and investor meetings
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree with focus on business (finance, economics, etc.)
2-5 years experience in business development, strategy, investment banking, or consulting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. spreadsheet modeling, macro building, advanced formulas); proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to both work independently and collaborate in a team environment
Strategic thinking, well developed analytical skills
