    Elastic is looking for a “Global Events, Digital Demand Generation Manager to join our Digital Demand Generation team. This person will be responsible for global event promotion strategy and execution driving promotions for dozens of events every year including our industry-leading ElasticON Global events. This person needs to be well versed in modern digital marketing best practices to drive event registrations. This position is multi-faceted, collaborative and fast-paced. It requires an individual that enjoys aligning with the entire organization and executing in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event promotions and bring fresh ideas, perspectives and best practices to a hyper-growth business. This is a high-visibility position driving immediate impact and the opportunity is to further accelerate the growth of the business. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive cross-functional alignment on event promotions throughout the go-to-market process.
    • Determine registration and segmentation targets for global events.
    • Track flow of registration and make data based decisions to optimize promotional content for conversions through A/B testing and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    • Collaborate with field marketing and sales teams on target account promotion for global events.
    • Project manage events from the demand generation perspective end to end from pre- event promotion to post-event follow up and promotion of on demand video assets.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of event promotion and digital marketing experience.
    • Track record in demand gen with proven accountability for driving event awareness, registrations, and measuring and optimizing effectively.
    • Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal relationship skills.
    • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
    • Strong program management skills with expert knowledge of common project management tools (Monday; Asana; Basecamp; etc.).
    • Expertise in offline marketing tactics to drive event awareness/registrations.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate promotional plans and timelines.
    • Experience working with Marketo (or equivalent MAP) and Salesforce.
