    We are looking for an outstanding Sales Planner to join our Pan-EMEA Partner Sales advertising team to be based in London. This team manages Spotify’s relationships with Sales Partners who represent Spotify in markets that include MENA, Switzerland, Ireland, Belgium, South Africa, Portugal, Russia, Austria, Greece, Israel plus many more.

    This team is currently growing to cover even more countries as Spotify is introduced to new audiences. This role will be part of that journey, helping partners best represent Spotify advertising sales within those countries.

    You will be responsible for supporting our Partners in the operational execution of campaigns from pre sales through campaign execution and reporting. You will help educate Partners on campaign management workflow and be a reliable support resource to their teams.

    What you'll do
  • Support the Partner Sales market teams with maintaining and closing sales pipeline working in close collaboration with the Account Director
  • Assist with customer media specification briefing, supporting with sales narratives and collection of media assets
  • Forecast and reserve inventory for labels in applicable markets
  • Assist Partners in maintaining the Insertion Order process with high level of integrity and compliance
  • Work with our Ad Operation teams to secure campaign delivery and monitor campaign performance 
  • For appropriate markets, work closely with our SSP and DSP partners to set up and manage programmatic campaigns and the management of inventory for clients
  • Support Partners on post campaign reporting and liaise with our finance department on invoicing support
  • Align with cross functional teams to provide Partner sales teams with any necessary yield requirements, inventory trends, campaign insights and execution best practice.

  • Who you are
  • You have 2+ years experience in digital media with strong project management skills
  • Experience with programmatic buying and selling is a plus
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English 
  • You are an independent, dedicated problem solver and a great teammate that thrives in a deadline-oriented sales environment
  • You are a highly organised and a focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail with excellent prioritisation and time management skills
  • You feel empowered to work closely with your manager to drive your development 
  • You are highly collaborative and care about providing the best service to clients
