The Sales team at Justworks is in charge of expanding our user base and really growing the business. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn the fundamentals of Sales, find qualified prospects and help line up big-ticket accounts with a huge opportunity for growth into an Account Executive role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect for new clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses
  2. Build a reputation and network in the small business community – get businesses excited to talk to you
  3. Manage multiple relationships at once and create truly happy customers
  4. Learn the Justworks product inside and out and evangelize it in the small business world
  5. Become an expert in the field of outsourced HR solutions
  6. Have a great time in a hard-working yet casual and fun startup environment!
Qualifications:
  1. 1-3 years professional experience
  2. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus
  3. Self-motivated and can hit the ground running in prospecting, meeting, managing, and qualifying prospects
  4. You love to develop and foster relationships and enjoy interpersonal interactions
  5. You can communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics
  6. You can come up with creative solutions to any problems you face.
