We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to drive integrated marketing plans for Modern Work + Security within the Marketing & Communication Team in Central Marketing Organization (CMO).

The MarCom Team is responsible for developing and executing the integrated marketing & communications strategies/plans across commercial Solution Areas, consumer business, sales segments and marketing engines to drive business outcomes.


Deliver marketing impact against key business goals by driving integrated marketing strategies from definition to operational excellence.

  • Own, develop and execute the integrated marketing plan supporting Modern Work + Security solutions to deliver new lead generation, nurture and consumption as prioritized by the Business Group (BG) and Sales
  • Lead strategic integrated marketing planning discussions bringing deep audience and competitive insights and marketing data to inform marketing plans and prioritize investments.
  • Ensure positioning and messaging that is clear, distinctive & differentiated to the audience (BDM, IT Decision Makers, IT Pro).
  • Optimize touch points and customer journeys and deliver innovative programs leveraging and scaling Global go-to-market and augmenting with local activities where critical.
  • Drive and align all activities to ensure consistent marketing across the funnel and Paid/Owned/Earned channels, continually optimize performance across the marketing mix to deliver against the local business goals.
  • You are the local point of contact for the Corporate demand generation team and supporting the landing and evangelization of the global marketing strategy locally, as well as providing local feedback and insights on landing.


Orchestrate marketing execution excellence by leading a complex v-team of stakeholders.

  • Deliver campaign planning & execution excellence leading a complex v-team in conjunction with Microsoft Corp, local business groups (Modern Work and Security Product Marketing Managers), partner marketing, sales and segment teams.
  • Partner closely with CMO Shared Services (Events, Digital Marketing, Data Insights) to land and optimize executions across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and manage agency relationships and deliverables.
  • A data-driven marketer, you leverage marketing insights dashboards to surface opportunities, drive marketing planning decisions with local stakeholders and lead connected sales and marketing discussions with Sales on Modern Work + Security solutions.
  • As part of the CMO team, the Integrated Marketing Manager embraces the company’s Marketing principles, maximizes local marketing spend and driving marketing efficiency, marketing impact, and scale, and is a local Microsoft brand steward.


  • Minimum 5 years of proven marketing experience including development and execution of marketing communications, agency management, research, digital marketing, tracking and campaign analysis & optimization, preferably in technology marketing.
  • Strong leadership presence and track record of marketing impact and influence. Great oral and written communications skills; proven cross-group collaboration and enduring partnerships.
  • Connected sales and marketing experience. Strong understanding of sales priorities and motivations and ability to advocate for marketing in conversations with sales organizations to ensure optimal customer experiences and success.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and to navigate through a complex matrix organization to drive process changes and deliver execution excellence.
  • Must be a data-driven marketer. Must be comfortable reading and analyzing data, using it to inform marketing plans, prioritize investments, leading data discussions with key business stakeholders and continuously improve and optimize local performance.
  • Must be inspired by modern marketing particularly digital marketing, embrace Marketing Automation concepts, and be obsessed with delivering a compelling customer experience through relevant, connected customer engagement.
  • Fluent French mandatory, mastering English (both oral and written).
