This frees them to focus on what they do best - creating fun and engaging content for their players.

We are looking for an experienced product designer to join our team in Madison, WI, Chicago, IL, or remote within the U.S. to deliver intelligent UI/UX design solutions across our product suite. This position will work directly with management and engineering to visualize, iterate, and launch the best product for our customers and their users.

In this position, you will be responsible for taking feature ideas from our product manager and crafting them into an intuitive visual experience. You should strive to understand the logic and flow before putting pen to paper and getting into the artistic aspects of design. This includes conducting competitive, user, and psychological research. You may need to tap our current clients for customer interviews. Designing new interfaces with a user-focused attention to detail and validating product decisions with user testing will be important.

You'll own the product design from idea to final execution, working collaboratively with management and the engineering team using an iterative design approach to create the best experience.

You will be responsible for the following product design activities:

  • Responsible for the UI/UX product design on iOS, Android, and responsive web UI/UX for all new and existing products
  • Creating the product design process within the organization
  • Iterative design with extensive user testing and data-driven results leading to clear winners
  • User research for design and product usage optimization
  • Work closely with management and engineering teams to move in lock-step on product deliverables and inform deadlines
  • Learn the product suite intimately to proactively create industry-leading design workflows


  • Thrive in an independent environment with no micromanagement and full autonomy
  • 5+ years of UX and UI design experience working with mobile and/or SaaS digital products
  • Proficient with Sketch or Adobe XD and InVision, and always evaluating the right tools for the job
  • Experience working in a self-starter, fully remote environment
  • SaaS product experience required
  • Experience developing and executing user testing initiatives
  • Experience designing interfaces for complex systems and digital products
  • An online portfolio or case studies demonstrating your involvement crafting great user–centered design solutions from discovery to launch
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate your thought process and decisions across the organization
  • Leading design projects from requirement to launch (with real-world examples)
  • Working knowledge of how design systems scale. IE - how an icon or input design choice at an atomic design level impacts the larger product as we grow. (atomic design methodology)
  • HTML CSS experience is a plus
