We are looking for an experienced account manager to join our team in Madison, WI, Chicago, IL, or remote within the U.S. to support and grow our publisher network. This is an opportunity to join a successful team of high performers at both our core TheoremReach business and upcoming venture to create the account management process from the ground up.

In this position, you will be responsible for responding to publisher requests, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the publisher network is well-managed and supported. You should be comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders from publisher teams and their management to our own development, sales, and marketing team. This role also includes an opportunity to create and shape the upsell and referral function to support network growth.

You'll own the account management process and be the first point of contact for our publisher network, working collaboratively with management, sales, marketing, and the engineering team to ensure all needs are met and exceeded while maintaining and growing the network.

You will be responsible for the following account management activities:

  • Identify, maintain, and manage the performance of all publishers across the network.
  • Proactively identify and execute growth strategies for existing publishers.
  • Review new integrations for best practices and launch new publishers.
  • Respond to publisher support requests around integrations, billing, or general usage.
  • Work across the TheoremReach and UserWise portfolios to upsell and set up referrals across product lines.
  • Create and grow relationships with existing partners through regular communications, quarterly business reviews, in-person meetings, etc.
  • Execute in a higher performer, self-starter environment.


  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in the digital media space at a publisher/developer focused account management role.
  • Proven self-starter.
  • Mobile and/or SaaS industry experience highly preferred.
  • Clear experience representing our four value tenets: accountable, creative, data-driven and user-focused.
  • Highly interested in the mobile space, aware of new trends and best practices, and able to share new opportunities with the team.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, team-oriented with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Hubspot, Tableau, and HTML/CSS experience welcome.
