The Partner Channel Marketing Manager (PCMM) role is supporting company's partner marketing strategy joining efforts with One Commercial Partner Organization. The Partner Channel Marketing Manager role will help partners achieve go-to-market ready status. They will define and drive the overall partner readiness plan activating against targeted partners.

Furthermore, the PCMM enables partner transformation by helping orchestrate the partner incentives and investments. This role is managing key partner relationships to ensure plans are communicated and managed internally and externally. The PCMM is also responsible for feedback on the partner marketing activities to optimize for growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

Plan and execution of Partner enablement strategy: Understand Microsoft’s value proposition, brand and programs to drive new partners to put solutions in market. Understand capacity and capability needs and help build an enablement strategy and plan for targeted partners. The PCMM is responsible for execution of planned activities together with partners (events, digital campaigns, webinars, ..) and assuring their compliance with Microsoft policies.

Grow partner capacity through building capabilities: Accelerate partner capabilities through corp and local enablement programs and engines in coordinate with your Recruit peers to engage new partners. Land digital and in-person enablement engines and content to partners, working closely with relevant teams.

Internal collaboration and learning Coordinate overall partner enablement efforts with Area/Sub teams and engines to assure effectiveness. Report on progress and challenges with enabling our partners within your Area/Sub. Become the subject matter expert on enablement for your Area/Sub and share partner enablement best practices with the sub and global Enablement peers.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in channel marketing our outbound marketing, partner channel development, business development, alliance management, through partner marketing in the technology industry.

* Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency.

* Experience of collaborating with virtual teams across functions and geographies:

- Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment

o-Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills

* Motivated to drive complex, broad cross-functional engagements

* Adept at getting things done, and performing amidst ambiguity and complexity

* Good communication skills, written and oral. Ability to build effective relationships with field sales, partners and customers

* Strong presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.

* Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.

* Bachelor degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations); MBA desire
