This position will lead the North America demand generation strategy and execution across website, paid media, ABM tactics, as well as provide support services for global theaters in EMEA and APJ.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of four digital and community marketing pros
  • Develop the North America’s data-driven, demand generation strategy and channels to drive new business, as well as expand the existing customer base
  • Own execution of the associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver
  • Understand deeply the lifecycle of Contrast customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Build initiatives and tactics to help take prospects throughout the buyer journey, leveraging multiple channels, such as webinars, events, email, SEO, SEM, display advertising, retargeting, and content syndication that generates a consistent flow of qualified leads
  • Continue to develop & optimize the Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack of relevant tools for lead generation & pipeline enablement
  • Leverage account-based marketing and selling tactics as efficient way to drive demand
  • Help create key demand metrics that directly relate to revenue objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and colleagues in the Global Marketing function to ensure consistent cross-channel messaging, look & feel, and experience
  • Own the marketing automation platform & processes to nurture leads and deliver them to sales. Manage contractors and vendors and grow the team
  • Own the community strategy and create and implement strategies to deliver growth of the community and growth of Community Edition registrations and activations
  • Communicate, educate, and update program health to inform key executives and stakeholders on results, plans, and strategies
  • Continuously innovate to execute “first in the industry” marketing tactics to drive growth – think beyond what others are doing and lead the charge
Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in roles of increasing responsibility supporting B2B digital demand generation for mid to large enterprise, with demonstrated and impactful results in terms of metrics such as lead and opportunity creation, velocity/conversion rates through the demand waterfall, and closed business
  • Experience with account-based marketing success and funnel KPIs
  • Direct experience owning or driving organic and paid digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social) as well as email efforts
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of building, developing, and elevating a high-performing team
