Role Responsibilities
The channel program coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of key elements within the Secureworks Global Partner Program and maintaining a program cadence across the broader channel organization.  To accomplish this, the Program Administrator will act as a liaison between sales operations, channel sales and programs. 

The objective of this role is to deliver a positive experience for partners engaging in the global program as well as driving efficiencies for the channel sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track program deliverables and major milestones; follow up on action items ensuring they are being accomplished on time with measurable quality
  • Partner with channel operations to identify process improvement requirements
  • Provide monthly program updates to Channel Leadership team and key functional owners
  • Manage the program incentive execution and partner status communications
  • Manage program documentation, ensuring version control
  • Provide support for quarterly program initiatives as prioritized


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in channel programs, marketing or operations
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to travel 3-4 time per year
