    About the team

    The Virtual Experience Manager reports to the Head of Events and is under the Lattice Marketing Team. The Events Team has three focus areas: 1) creating awesome, engaging events, 2) Driving and nurturing leads across the Marketing and Sales funnels, and 3) generating brand awareness and affinity for our customers and community. We host over 30 events every year, from virtual lunches, to  in-person events, and the biggest virtual summit in HR. Our goal is to build a world class events program, and this role is perfect for someone looking to push the boundaries of virtual events both in execution and attendee experiencience.

    Who you are

    You have 5+ years of professional experience in events or field marketing, with at least two of those years in virtual events like webinars, online fireside chats, virtual summits, or similar events.

    • You believe in the future of virtual events and want to stay in the virtual experiences space after the return of in-person events.
    • You are obsessed with the attendee experience both in the detail you put into an event and the new types of virtual events you create.
    • You have worked with senior leaders in Sales and Customer Success orgs. You develop strong cross-functional relationships and can translate business goals into experiences that drive pipeline and renewals.
    • You have knowledge of Account Based Marketing and how events fit into the marketing and sales funnel.
    • You have worked with virtual event software like Zoom, 6Connex, On24, or Hopin, and understand  the basics of how that software is connected to Marketo and Salesforce (or similar).
    • You thrive in a fast paced environment and consider yourself a proactive problem solver.
    • You are open to feedback and actively seek out ways to improve your craft.
    Your responsibilities
    • You’ll own the production of 3-5 virtual events per quarter. These include but are not limited to a fireside chat series, Lattice Development Days, customer events, and intimate invite-only experiences. You’ll also have room to create new types of events!
    • Within the Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Content, Demand, and Design teams on a weekly basis to create, promote, and brand your programs. 
    • Within the broader Lattice organization, you’ll collaborate with leaders on the Sales and Customer Success orgs to determine your ideal event outcomes and enable internal staff. 
    • You’ll create virtual events that push the boundaries of what our audience has seen in terms of interaction, format, content, and experience.
    • You’ll work with the Events team to produce the largest conference in HR, Resources for Humans Virtual.
