Why We Need You

This role plays a critical part in supporting efforts related to our ID&E strategy. Our ID&E Program Manager will work closely and collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams in HR to identify best practices. 
Successful candidates will have experience delivering innovative ID&E programs, building trust with stakeholders and have a general understanding of  best practices. Candidates should be action-oriented and passionate about delivering ID&E solutions and have a track record of driving meaningful results that ultimately impact our leaders, employees, and customers.


How You Impact Our Vision
  • Internal/external communications partnership with corporate Communications team and the people team (i.e. corporate communications calendar of events and managing key messaging for those initiatives)
  • Facilitate training/workshops programs (i.e. having courageous conversations)
  • Running ERG meetings and planning for ERGs next stage of growth
  • Program Managing completion of Inclusion survey in partnership with HRBP and diversity report (including stakeholder management)
  • Day4 Change efforts program management of current efforts/plan
  • Enablement: Coaching early to mid level career managers (future) 
  • Other initiatives at the team/functional level in partnership with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition team and all of People + Places

You will make sure that you plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed along the way.

  • Ability build trust across the business and connect the dots across the business
Min Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, organizational development, non-profits, or business-related field.
  • 5+ years work experience (D&I, HR, OD, L&D, Consulting) including 1+ years hands on D&I experience
  • Proven track record of identifying D&I trends and delivering results   
  • Proven track record of building relationships with and influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to lead conversations will broad audiences and navigate conversations regarding underrepresented communities, privilege, and equity
  • Versatility (breadth - ability to do multiple of things - going wide)
  • High capacity (velocity - can move projects quickly)
  • Bias for action (execution - can get things done with quality and speed)
