We are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. This position will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to the recruiting team. Schedule initial phone screenings, coordinate on-site interviews, and help with the candidate process through to onboarding.

Most importantly, you will be a representative of Olive's brand, taking ownership of the candidate experience from application to hire, ensuring a positive experience for each candidate that interacts with our organization.


  • Partners with internal recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
  • Prepares and updates job descriptions for external postings aligned to the hiring managers and business needs
  • Extends job offers and prepares the relevant pre-employment onboarding documents
  • Participates in recruiting events, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates
  • Creates and maintains meaningful reports that drive talent acquisition decisions
  • Successful creation and execution of sourcing strategies in partnership with our hiring leaders
  • Occasionally coordinates travel for non-local candidates to interview onsite
  • Act as backup for New Hire Orientation as needed
  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations support role, preferably in recruiting
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of HR policies and recruiting best practices
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes such as phone interviews, screening tools, and technical exercises
  • Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring partners
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Stay up to date on recruiting trends and work to bring evolving best practices into the process
  • Excellent communication skills
