As an BankingClient Services Specialist (HOA), you will handle all facets of opening and closing HOA accounts such as checking, savings etc.  The position entails being highly responsive to the needs of both internal and external customers by providing bank services and products. The HOA Client Services Specialist will be responsible for a full range of transactions and business documentation review along with having a strong understanding of bank operational policies and procedures.

  • Open and close Business accounts such as checking, savings, and CD’s
  • Prepare and Process online banking and other Cash Management Service forms
  • Update signature cards as needed with ongoing changes of HOA board members
  • Perform accurate reviews of daily reports and new account files
  • Client interaction and customer service via email and telephone
  • Perform other job duties and projects as needed


  • New accounts experience
  • Thorough understanding of banking operational policy and procedures
  • Ability to prepare documentation for new business accounts under the bank’s CIP/BSA and Bank policies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Superior customer service skills


  • 1 year of recent new accounts experience in business
