What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is able to consult with various companies, build out long-term strategies around diversity, equity and inclusion as well as lead company-wide trainings on a frequent basis.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide strategy and consulting for a wide array of companies focusing on integrating DEI with topics like...
    • Company culture
    • Inclusive leadership
    • Hiring and retention
    • Pay equity
    • External communications
    • Client strategy
  • Build out a 3 year strategic plans for various companies
  • Support in creating unbiased and equitable processes and procedures for various companies
  • Delivering DEI training modules on topics like
    • Unconscious Bias
    • Allyship
    • Inclusive Leadership
    • Inclusive Hiring
    • Creating An Inclusive Company Culture
    • Emerging Leadership Development
    • Microaggressions in the Workplace
  • Developing new trainings and content
  • Participate in client discovery calls to establish client needs
  • Collaborate on client proposals, participating in client “closing” calls
  • And more…

Required Skills:

  • Deep professional experience in the diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion space.
    • Experience with a minimum of 2 years in HR and/or the DEI space
  • Excellent interpersonal, speaking and writing client facing communication skills
  • Capacity to navigate hard conversations and create safe space for a wide range of opinions
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a virtual work environment
  • Capability to innovate and execute on various projects at a time
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Passionate about customer success
  • Aligned with our company’s mission and affinity for empowerment of underrepresented voices, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging

Bonus points for:

  • Ability to travel sometimes (we’re still delivering all services virtually, but it’s possible some becomes onsite down the line)
