Responsibilities
If you are looking to work alongside a team of highly energetic, passionate and driven people, then this opportunity may be for you. This Business Development Manager will:
- Identify leads (schools and training institutions) in multiple markets and industries
- Through meetings with prospective partners, leverage a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and match those needs with the right Meritize solutions
- Build and present proposals to varied stakeholders (including C-level decision makers)
- Negotiate and execute contracts
- Build strong initial relationship with new partner through sales process
Qualifications
Working closely with the other members of the business development team, this person will meet the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Understanding of basic sales processes and dynamics
- Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Financial services experience strongly preferred
