Global Marketing Program Manager – Boomi

Boomi is looking for an experienced Campaign / Program manager to join us on the Global Corporate Marketing team, reporting to the Director, Go-To-Market. We’re looking for a software marketer with a keen understanding of buyer behavior, B2B buyers/buying groups, and nuances of distinct personas. This marketer has a deep knowledge of how to engage prospects and bring them through the buying process via multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate to join Boomi has a passion for technology, thinks holistically and strategically, but is a self-enabler and entrepreneurial in spirit, fosters and empowers relationships across teams, and is excited to work in a dynamic and fun environment. 

What you’ll achieve
This is a critical role on a growing team responsible for building and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue. You will be required to coordinate cross functionally, including leading campaign build and execution across the entire global marketing organization and the Sales, Product Management and Enablement teams. 

You will:

  • Partner with product marketing and/or industry marketing managers to architect compelling campaigns to meet agreed go-to-market program objectives
  •  Own end-to-end execution of each campaign ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and deliver on time and budget, coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams and outside agencies 
  • Measure and optimize campaigns based on critical metrics like sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue 
  • Communicate effectively up and across teams to inform and make aware of campaigns and results (post launch)

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
  • Global Marketing Campaign experience
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Strong accountability and project management skills
  •  Proven track record delivering campaigns that drive significant growth and revenue in a high-growth, SaaS business or Enterprise Software business
  •  Familiarity and experience with Salesforce and marketing analytics

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in the iPaaS market
  • Experience of living/working in countries outside of North America
