20WD44972Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to strengthen the Customer Success Data & Analytics team consisting of data engineers, BI developers, data analysts and data scientists. The focus of your work will be to design and develop new features and data flows within the existing data pipeline to support the Global Product Support Team.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Engineer, you will be maintaining and enhancing the existing data pipeline to ensure data delivery to other team members and ad-hoc reporting requirements that facilitate data-driven actionable insights and decision making in the Customer Success world.
You will:
Maintain the existing data pipeline required for the extraction, transformation, cleaning, pre-processing, aggregation and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Python, SQL and other data technologies
Design, implement, test and maintain new features for the data pipeline based on stakeholders’ requirements
Improve the scaling, optimization, efficiency and tests to enhance data quality and reliability
Work closely with BI developers and data analysts
3 years in the Data Engineer role
Deep knowledge in Python and SQL (PySpark as a plus)
Experience in working with big datasets and complex data models
