At Facebook, you can play a key part leading this movement on our Global Business Marketing - Small Business team. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution of marketing content at scale for small to medium business audiences. You will be responsible for developing marketing assets that help small business owners and operators adopt the right solutions to help grow their business. This includes digital experiences, print, video, and more. To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience in content creation, a background in demand generation marketing, and an understanding of scaled marketing channels. Ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional partners is a must. You will have the opportunity and responsibility to work with regional teams and clients around the globe, so international marketing experience is preferred. This role will focus on communicating the value, and use cases, of new and existing products to help small businesses navigate online privacy changes. Some of these products can be technical in nature, so past experience with product or technical marketing is preferred. Your ability to create clear, and valuable, communications will help millions of small businesses find the best marketing solutions for their businesses.

  • Small business privacy and data attribution business marketing strategy and messaging owner globally
  • Support regional marketing teams in development of narrative and creative assets to be utilized in campaigns
  • Develop and execute global marketing content strategy to support scaled marketing efforts to drive adoption of Facebook’s paid advertising solutions
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align content roadmaps to specific business goals
  • Partner with Small Business Sales, Channel Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing teams to identify, prioritize and produce consistent positioning and messaging
  • Develop customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses. Ensure content is compelling and integrated across channels including FB ads, emails, landing pages and more
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging across the user journey
  • Work hand-in-hand with designers, copywriters, and web developers to lift the Facebook brand experience
  • Identify right levers behind successful marketing content and iterate on those learnings
  • Work directly with Marketing Science and Data Science partners to measure and report impact of campaigns and initiatives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of total marketing experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation/Direct response marketing
  • Experience with managing or creating content for paid and organic online media
  • Proven experience with B2B marketing
  • Experience building and utilizing customer success stories
  • Proven experience in building cross-functional relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Experience with product or technical marketing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
