We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, vigilant and thinks on their feet. Needs to be able to quickly troubleshoot the issue, be resourceful enough to find solutions.  Around 50% travel within the United States and some global travel.  US citizenship required.

What will your role be?

  • Consult with customers in-person, throughout the US to install and customize our strategic repository products (Collaboration Studio / Teamwork Cloud (TWC) / Collaborator) in heterogeneous environments.
  • Advise development team on usability, performance, bugs.
  • Create new and modify existing installation scripts / configuration files.
  • Adapt our repository products to the nuances of customer’s hardware/network environment. Help troubleshoot customer’s network.
  • Consult customers on data migration.

Your Key Success Factors

  • Proven 5+ year experience in system administration / networks.
  • Certifications (e.g. Cisco) / training experience.
  • Superb communicator, experience in consulting / training customers on-site.
  • In-depth knowledge of both Windows Server and Linux (preferably RedHat / CentOS distributions).
  • Linux (RedHat / CentOS).
  • Windows Server.
  • Shell scripting (windows, bash, csh etc).
