    The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing superior Customer Service as the first point of contact for Moody's Analytics’ clients across a wide range of products. The team supports the AXIS actuarial product suite within the diverse Moody’s Analytics product offering.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide superior customer service at all times supporting the value proposition as the provider of choice for actuarial software (AXIS).
    • Communicate with clients via phone and email in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner.
    • Takes ownership of client inquiries from the initial request to resolution.
    • Provide high touch services during AXIS trials, addressing the needs of our clients.
    • Support new product launches and new business initiatives.
    • Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues across Customer Service, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, Implementations and the broader organization.
    • Coordinate fulfillment of client orders from contract signing to revenue recognition.
    • Lead vendor coordination and managed hosting operations

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong customer orientation and an eagerness to be a part of a dynamic collaborative team.
    • Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills.
    • Prior experience working directly with clients
    • Have a good comprehension of product-related requirements, analysis, methodologies and software industry.
    • Exposure to the financial or insurance would be beneficial
