Clutch is the leading ratings and reviews platform for IT, Marketing and Business service providers. Each month, over half a million buyers and sellers of services use the Clutch platform, and the user base is growing over 50% a year. Clutch has been recognized by Inc Magazine as one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in the United States and has been listed as a top 50 startup by LinkedIn. Recently, Clutch received a strategic investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity, a leading growth equity fund that specializes in growth-stage, B2B technology companies.

Clutch’s Business Development team is responsible for growing content on our platform, laying the foundation for all other activities and value that our business enables. This largely comes in the form of onboarding new companies to Clutch and collecting companies’ reviews.

As a Sales Development Manager, you execute on a player-coach role by contributing to Clutch’s growth through new vendor onboarding alongside Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and coaching a team of SDRs or Customer Experience Associates (CXAs).

Who We Are

Clutch is an established and rapidly growing startup in Dupont Circle, Washington D.C. Our goal is to connect small and medium businesses with the agencies and software solutions that can help them accomplish their business goals.

How does this work? We conduct extensive research on agencies in an array of ever-expanding categories – advertising and marketing, web design and development, mobile app development, and IT solutions. We interview past clients to learn about the customer’s experience. We rate the agencies and software based on our findings.

We are the leading online source for research, ratings, and reviews for mobile application developers, and our role as the go-to source for authentic content on B2B services and solutions is expanding to include other IT and digital marketing segments.

We're honored to be featured in the annual Inc. 5000 as one of the top 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., as well as in LinkedIn's Top 50 U.S. Startups.
